At the end of that stream is a pay-off moment: when the trailer being hauled is received and unloaded. Now two North Texas companies are partnering to take that process up a notch.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fort Worth&#8217;s Advanced Intralogistics, a leading tech solution provider and systems integrator founded in 2020, and Dallas-based AlphaOne Robotics, an advanced robotics and automation company launched in 2023, have joined forces to modernize inbound receiving and trailer unloading across North America.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bwalignl\">The partnership is focused on the deployment of the AlphaOne Robotics Sigma Unloader. A robotic unloading solution, Sigma unloader is designed to address a critical pain point in material handling: improving dock processes and throughput. The integration of the unloader into a warehouse has been demonstrated to cut labor and processing time by up to 85% vs. traditional methods, the companies said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bwalignl\">Advanced Intralogistics will serve as a preferred integrator for the Sigma unloader with engineered layouts, conveyor &amp; palletizer integration, and Advanced Intralogistics\u2019 full aftermarket service suite.<\/p>\n<h3>Solution combines robotics and AI<\/h3>\n<p class=\"bwalignl\">The Sigma Unloader solution combines advanced robotics and artificial intelligence to identify and handle items being removed from truck trailers, reducing the reliance on manual labor. In initial testing, Sigma has demonstrated two to three times higher throughput than current commercially available unloaders on the market, the companies said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bwalignl\">\u201cThis collaboration is rooted in delivering measurable value and exceptional performance to our clients,\u201d Anthony Pishotti, president of Advanced Intralogistics, said in a statement. \u201cBy integrating AlphaOne Robotics powerful AI-driven Sigma Unloader into our end-to-end automation projects, we&#8217;re empowering logistics operators with scalable, reliable solutions.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This solution tackles labor shortages, dock congestion, and safety risks\u2014three of the most pressing operational challenges today,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bwalignl\">Tim Criswell, co-founder and CEO of AlphaOne Robotics, emphasized the strategic alignment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bwalignl\">\u201cAt AlphaOne Robotics, we&#8217;re committed to applying AI and robotics to the most challenging tasks in the warehouse,&#8221; Criswell said. &#8220;Advanced Intralogistics is uniquely positioned to help our technology scale.
