Movate <a href=\"https:\/\/dallasinnovates.com\/plano-based-movate-acquires-tsd-global-increasing-philippines-imprint-and-expanding-into-south-africa\/#:~:text=Movate%2C%20a%20Plano%2Dbased%20digital,we%20provide%20to%20our%20customers.%E2%80%9D\">acquired TSD Global<\/a> in late 2023, strengthening its global delivery footprint and adding outbound, revenue-generating services. In 2022, the company acquired Directly OnDemand, adding a gig-based peer-to-peer expert services platform designed to enhance AI-powered service delivery.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our acquisition of Solomo, alongside our recent acquisition of Prescience, further strengthens our position as an AI-driven transformation partner,&#8221; Movate CEO Sunil Mittal said in a statement. <\/p>\n<p>Mittal said AI is reshaping enterprises and that organizations increasingly need partners that can apply data, automation, and AI responsibly and at scale. By integrating Solomo\u2019s Salesforce and healthcare expertise with Movate\u2019s AI capabilities, the company aims to help clients deploy AI across decision-making, workflows, and digital platforms, he said.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8216;Aggressively doubling down on Salesforce&#8217;<\/h3>\n<p>Movate has been working to bolster its ability to provide enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions built on real-time, trusted data, amid rising demand for integrated AI platforms to address complex business challenges.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Solomo is known for its Salesforce-driven solutions that connect data cloud, AI integration, and regulatory-ready architectures in the healthcare industry.<\/p>\n<p>Movate will combine its AI-driven CX and digital capabilities with Solomo\u2019s Salesforce expertise, industry-specific certifications, regulatory compliance strengths, and secure cloud architectures for healthcare organizations. Through the combination, Movate said it will be able to deliver more tailored solutions that bridge enterprise data, CRM systems, and practical AI applications using a platform-driven approach, while strengthening its focus on healthcare.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis acquisition is a clear and powerful demonstration of our commitment to our long-term AI strategy,\u201d said Pradyumna Shirahatti, chief business officer of Movate.<\/p>\n<p>Shirahatti said Salesforce plays a central role in that strategy, particularly as enterprises seek to operationalize AI across their organizations. He described Salesforce\u2019s Agentforce as a core enterprise AI platform and said Movate is \u201caggressively doubling down on Salesforce.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Solomo acquisition is a critical step in accelerating that mission,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Dan Kauppi, CEO of Solomo, said the acquisition expands the company\u2019s ability to deliver advanced data and AI solutions globally.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBeing a part of Movate will help us deliver sophisticated data and AI solutions to more enterprises worldwide,\u201d Kauppi said. He pointed to Movate\u2019s scale, global presence, and service portfolio as key opportunities for growth.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>\nMovate said the acquisition strengthens its position as a Salesforce and AI partner for healthcare organizations seeking digital transformation, improved customer experiences, and modernized data foundations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Movate was founded in 1996 as CSS Corp. The company officially rebranded to Movate in 2022 to reflect its transformation into an &#8220;AI-first,&#8221; digital-led organization.
