Brendon Fischer has been appointed interim chief financial officer of Irving-based Sow Good Inc., a trailblazer in the freeze-dried candy and treat industry, following the resignation of former CFO, Keith Terreri.

Irving-based freeze-dried candy and treat company Sow Good Inc., announced the appointment of Keith Terreri as permanent chief financial officer, beginning Dec. 4, and said it completed a $2.77 million private placement raised from 426,288 newly issued shares. 

The share price of $6.50 represents a 30% premium to Sow Good’s last equity raise in September 2023, the company said.…
