One of the largest master-planned communities in Grayson County has been announced by Farmers Branch-based Centurion American Development Group and its CEO, Mehrdad Moayedi.

Excavation at Platinum Ranch in the city of Gunter—about 23 miles north of Frisco—will begin in Q4 on nearly 2,000 acres with prominent frontage along the Grayson County Toll Road and easy access to Preston Road, which is less than one mile east of the development, Centurion said.…
